Camp Stanislaus was founded in 1928 by Brother Peter Basso with the vision to welcome enthusiastic campers by incorporating enjoyable moments and providing an opportunity to create new friendships and embrace independence through nurturing, character formation.  Since that first summer, over 90 years ago, Camp Stanislaus continues to thrive by incorporating these fulfilling attributes into a summer filled with memories and friendships that last a lifetime. 

Believing in this mission are dedicated Brothers, counselors and staff who sacrifice their summer vacations to work each day on campus, as well as the philanthropic contributions of our camp alumni and friends, who make our growth and advancement possible.  We appreciate your gifts large or small.  Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our campers.
