Sam Doescher has worked at Camp Stanislaus since 2009. He has served in various camp positions, including Senior Counselor, Head Counselor, Ski Camp Director, Assistant Camp Director and since the Fall of 2012, Director of Camp Stanislaus. Given Sam’s history of service at Camp Stanislaus; he brings extensive camp experience to the table. He has successfully completed training in first aid, CPR, lifeguard training, CDL, and holds his Mississippi Boater Safety Certification. Sam is a former prefect and teacher at Saint Stanislaus and the current facilities rental coordinator.
Tyler Harris has worked at Camp Stanislaus since 2014. He has served in various camp positions, including Head Counselor, Programs Director, and since the Spring of 2015, Assistant Director . He has successfully completed training in first aid and holds his Mississippi Boater Safety Certification. He is also a former head prefect at Saint Stanislaus and the current Activities Director.
Daniel Grieves has worked at Camp Stanislaus since 2012. He served as a Head Counselor for five years and as of the Fall of 2016, Assistant Director. He has successfully completed training in first aid, CPR, lifeguard training, CDL, and hold his Mississippi Boater's Safety Certification. He graduated from Saint Stanislaus in 2011 and is the leading point scorer is school basketball history. Daniel is a former prefect and currently the Alumni Director at Saint Stanislaus.
Bro. Dwight has served in various positions on the Camp Stanislaus staff since 1980, including Head Counselor, special activities coordinator, merit badge counselor, photographer and bus driver. He is a member of the Camp Stanislaus Board of Directors and brings a wealth of experience from his many years of work with the Boy Scouts of America, including seven years of service on their summer camp staff. Brother Dwight earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of New Orleans and his Master of Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Presently, Bro. Dwight serves as the house director in Baton Rouge, LA.
Bro. Lee has served as a counselor at Camp Stanislaus in various capacities beginning in 1951. He has been a head counselor, rifle range instructor, bus driver, water ski instructor, and home sickness counselor. Brother Lee has served a total 48 years at camp. Currently, Brother Lee gives the morning character talks followed up by doing Magic and puzzles at every meal. He continues to help with the occasional homesickness.
